Kazetani

The Kazetani were the indigenous inhabitants of Khaletzaic, which they called Kazetan. Their numbers dropped significantly when The Great Serran Migration occurred, when they flocked in droves to Serra's Landing on the Hatlan Peninsula. They soon shed their cultural origins and created the Serran culture. They had consisted for centuries of tribes, notably The Zarat, Ozachi, Tirin, Hanshi etc. The Hanshi were the only tribe who decided to stay when the great migration came. They still have some prescence in Khaletzaic, but they are thoroughly assimilated. The name of Khaletzaic seems to be derived from Kazetan.   The Kazetani are likely to be one of the many splinter cultures created when The Ancient Gwargiwans left their continent and sailed across the world in the middle grounded period.   Serran names are derived from Kazetani names, but some differences exist in their name cultures. Firstly The Kazetani culture existed before Serra awoke Faeriel, so the S and Z letters which are thought to be of religious significance were less common starting letters for women's names.
