Decoure of Allseas is the Diety of the Decourean people, and it is by her divine will that the Emperor is granted his power.
It is legend that Decoure of Allseas was the assassin wife of the first Emperor, and it is through her that he maintained his hold over the fleet. Another legend claims she climbed from the water to give the crown and sabre to the first emperor.
It is popular Melusine opinion that Decoure was actually a dragon or salt water Melusine that rescued a Sanus of Allseas when the whirlpool opened.
Divine Domains
As her name suggests, Decoure of Allseas rules the oceans and seas. Some attribute rivers and lakes to her as well, while others deem these smaller bodies are the domain of her daughters.
Despite Melusine conjecture of her origins, they do not dispute her divinity.
