History
The Town of Dirt-Water was founded by Torgarth Boar of the Western county. He and his brothers were looking for a place to construct and sell their special weaponry outside of the law.

Geography
Dryish, but does have a nearby river the mill and a really small oak forest are located. Hilly, dry, hot.
