The fifth and last habitable planet in the Astrae System, furthest from Sena.
It was colonized by separatists from the Azazi Empire and other like-minded individuals who wanted to live free of the global government of the Gaian Alliance . It was not an anarchy however: each local populace was free to create its own set of laws. Generally, these laws were far sparser and left more wiggle-room than any Gaian laws, but they still protected core rights. Even after they joined the Omoia Alliance as a condition of the Treaty of Meritas, they were still mostly allowed to craft their own laws without too much oversight. There is growing friction between solar-wide laws and their desire to be independent, however. Traveling across Exesti is an experience unlike anywhere else in the solar system, as each local area has a high level of autonomy, self-governing authority, and a different set of rules. Some cultural ideas considered taboo by the rest of the Alliance find home in small rural gatherings of like-minded individuals who are content to be left alone.
