Council of Neverwinter
Council of judges seated in the city of Neverwinter. They hold their sessions within the Neverwinter Castle, and most of them live within Vord Hill, or the Blue Lake District.
They answer to the King of Neverwinter and although very rare as it should be, the king does has the power to single-handedly change the choice that a council has come to on anything. This is wisely a power that's only been used a couple times in history, when the king and council are at odds. Most times, the king with meet with the council and come to an agreement that the council themselves will usually announce, cementing their authority and letting the king to continue to focus on what he should.
