An older male human by the name of Ramos Than is the current King of Learous and resides in his keep located in Kethel City. He is as stern looking man with graying hair and the feet of a sailor. He spends much of his time on his balcony overlooking the Bay (much to the displeasure of his guards). He also likes to roam the docs and will chat with fishing tackle merchants and help the guards check a vessel if it's convenient. He also has his own ship name The Halia docked with the military ships. Ramos loves the sea and loves. his. ship. Ramos dreads time spent during doing menial things away from the water and if approached by people or circumstance of worth he will ask the conversation be conducted on the water in his vessel as he sails. He fears the politics of those under him overwhelming his intentions to keep the city safe an that he may get overthrown. He is a wizard female Dragonborn named Selicke an adviser who originally was his 1st mate during his sailing days. He has a wife by the name of Halia and a young adventurous girl by the name of Thia.
