Rangers

The U.S. Army's Ranger Regiments of yore have since morphed into a large scale special reconnaissance and deep penetration force the UNAS Army and subsequently the TASA Marine Corps. Both organization's Rangers follow similar training paths and often share schools, however the TASA Marine Rangers have an emphasis on extraterrestrial combat that the UNAS Army Rangers do not.   Rangers are capable of avoiding detection and operating without support for weeks at a time. Ranger Doctrine is heavily influenced by old LRRS and Force Recon playbooks. Operational elements range from individual teams and squads to entire platoon or company mobilizations for rapid deep strike raids.
