Special Aerospace Service

The Special Aerospace Service (SAS) signature Special Operations unit of TASA, designed for all manner of direct action and unconventional mission sets. The SAS are unequivocally the most elite fighting force among TASA's special units. SAS operators are highly trained for operations in any environment from microgravity to Luna, Mars, or anywhere on Earth.
The Special Aerospace Service traces it's lineage to the British Special Air Service and Australian Special Air Service Regiment. Unlike its predecessors, TASA's SAS recruits from all TASA nations, and often assembles teams with diverse memberships to play to the strengths of each individual operator.

Direct Action, Special Reconnaissance, Counterterrorism, Counterinsurgency, Unconventional Warfare, Foreign Internal Defense, Security Forces Assistance, Hostage Rescue and Recovery.
