Lapcars

The land of the Goblin  and Halfling. A country which tries to keep to itself but offers their services to everyone for the right price.
The country inhabitants are 92% Goblin  and 8% Halfling. Some people devide the population of Goblins into the subspecies Goblin and Hobgobline (See Goblin). This seperation taken into account Lapcars inhabits 34% Hobgoblins and 58% Goblins.
