Devatas

The Devatas were great warrior generals who lead Sarkath's army to many victories. After Sarkath vanished beneath the earth, they founded the great cities of Vishaal and birthed the powerful tribes that now roam the wastes.

• Osir: Often described as a bronze feathered falcon humanoid, Osir founded Samudara and his children have ruled the city since it's founding.
• Jailesh: A man who was blessed with the secondary form of a crocodile, often pictured in his hybrid form. Jailesh founded one of the most powerful nomadic tribes that rules a large oasis in the deadliest part of the wastes.
• Zola: A pantherine leonin warrior who is often pictured with the moon. Her followers fled to the very edges of Vishaal and founded the city of Cicero:City.
• Varris: A drow, cursed by Bahamut during a great battle, who left Vishaal after Sarkath's disappearance and travelled the world. There are rumors of drow being sighted close to The Spine "Djed". Partner of the legendary hero Sariel.
