Cardinal Eugene III

Cardinal Eugene III was the cardinal that declared the Second Crusade to capture the World Tree Leviair and the Sacred Pool residing there. This crusade was called because the Sacred Pool in Outremer had dried up during the Great Crusade and a new one was discovered and needed to be seized.
