Kleinswoud
This is a small forest on the Kleinseiland. Woodworkers from Onderberg use the wood here to carve ship masts and figureheads. According to superstition, these ship figureheads built from the trees in the Kleinswoud bring good luck to Sailors.
Geography
The woods are not very dense and are scattered on the north end of the island. The trees cling to the rock faces and spill over the north island almost into the Gedder Zee.
