Corm Orp
Corm Orp is a largely gnomish and halfing village north of the Reaching Wood on the banks of the River Reaching in the Fringelands. The village maintains the only river crossing in the Fringelands, Halfhand bridge. The small stature of the locals of Corm Orp is due to the large gnomish communities in the Trielta hills to the west, a prominent mining area for gnomes. To the north, the forest of Wyrms had harbored small halfling communities; the majority of folks living in the northern fringelands are gnomes and halfings. The town is run by a mayor who settles disputes; Merrywell Cooper. The village is known for its craftspeople, guides and scouts, miners and jewelers and riverboaters, some of whom claim they will brave the river reaching for the right price.
