Fringelands

The Fringelands is a term used to describe the largely lawless, mostly empty region to the north of The Great Plain , outside the Anauroch desert but not within the kingdoms of the Western Heartlands. The region is very sparsely populated and full of strange and often dangerous creatures, groups and characters.
