The Great Plain

The Great Plain is just that; an enormous, flat swathe of grassland stretching from the foot of the sunset mountains to the dunes of the Talash desert. It is very sparcely populated with a bloody history of tribal conflict and bandit wars. Most recently the Talash invasion or attempted invasion of the plain that was fought off by the forces of Proskur  and Donatti's irregulars. The plain has no ruler and hasn't since the Tinzana empire collapsed during the spellplague, naught remains of this powerful cavalry empire except the ruins of their great fortress now known as "The point". The towns of the Plain look after themselves, occasionally quarreling over trade routes or road maintenance.
