Ryndall the Shellwalker

He/Him
A friendly elderly Tortle working at the Shell Exchange. Devoted to helping Shorers get their sea legs and navigate the economy of Expatria; seems to have an established history with Gleddy Goodvine. If Edgar from the Aristocats were a snapping turtle Tortle. Not quite a government official in a citystate "without" a government, but pretty dang close. Immense grandpa vibes.

X7421-E ("Exen")

It/Its
A stoic but helpful Warforged merchant in the Blue Quad. Runs a stall where it sells its own inventions that seem to be a mixture of biological components found in the sea and mechanical pieces, creating unique gadgets to help people (especially fellow Warforged) navigate the city. Happy to accept trades of odd items, especially things it can experiment with itself.

Gologreath

Jacques (aka The Deep Drinker)

Misc. Encounters

Raykeer

they/them? It never really came up.
Gambling Tabaxi who gave L0L4 1 Shell for beating them in Dragon’s Gambit. Extremely intoxicated, tolerated by the bar staff, presumably does this a lot. Big "you got games on your phone?" vibes.

Swizzlestick

any pronouns
Kenku of indeterminate age (seemed like a kid, but can you tell with Kenku often?). Lost her "friends" - a Snuppy (snail puppy) and Shuppy (shark puppy). Gives the party a Shell for helping track them down.

Shep and Pep

it/they?
Shuppy and Snuppy. Shep has a Shell and Pep has Phins, to quote Mina/Kitanya Evermoon.

Zeviatha Wand

she/her
Highland Cow type of Firbolg. Runs a community creative reuse program where people trade unneeded craft supplies or scraps to others. Gives the party a Shell for helping untangle a big bin of snarled rope/twine/string/yarn/thread. Mommy? Sorry. Mommy? Sorry. Momm-...
