Southridge

Southridge is one of the larger cities on the western continent, boasting a population of approximately 75,000. Known for its excellent food and drink, it serves as the primary hub for agricultural goods being exported from Aglea to the Azure Kingdom. In addition to foodstuffs, much of the wool and linen produced further north passes through Southridge to reach the rest of the world. Other notable exports include local ciders and meads, and the fine woodcarvings for which Aglea is renowned.
Southridge also boasts a sizable manufacturing industry. Local businesses include brewers, distillers, dyers and tailors. Many of these businesses and guilds are run by the city's Kobold population.
Temples to all the major gods, and many of the minor ones can be found here. The most popular devotions are to Natanis and Filus, but followers of most deities will be able to find like minded souls if they look for them.
The city's large harbor has benefitted from the boom of inter-continental trade in recent decades, but receives fewer deep ocean vessels than Breth or Rura City.
