The Tranquil Delve

Most of the Gods of Varios are not inherently menacing. More ridiculous than anything else. There are a number of tales that paint them as less then powerful, and for the most part they are impotent to stop this, especially since most of these tales are perpetuated by their own actions or by their rivals, with whom they are undoubtedly employing a similar strategy and are therefore in no position to judge.
Onuna, goddess of tranquility, stands out among these as one of the few whose tales might not necessarily be well discounted.
Recent events have given the goddess a connection to the Horn of Mezkeni, and Zhomek's Inferno, and thus the Cult of Zeminek. Like most such deities, her values are not inherently evil, but taken to the extreme, one might shudder to think.
The tale of the Tranquil Delve involves Elves, the Humans of Chemnos, and one single Dwarf who was the only one to emerge unscathed.
The short version is, the goddess grew tired of fighting over a particular relic of hers, and shut it down by burying all involved under a metric ton of rock. The tragic part is that the "fighting" was little more than friendly banter between friends.
