Breach Security Council
The world's last line of defense.
Once the otherworldly Gate-Beings started invading the Realm of Monsters after the events of the Breach Cataclysm, need arose for a special committee dedicated to dealing with the invasion and securing the surrounding empires.
After the forces of Félinéonne and Kounélios failed to push back the invading creatures the first year after the cataclysm, all surrounding nations and factions bound together to form the Breach Security Council to speed up decision-making and organizing projects.
The Council oversees all borders between the Realm of Monsters , military installations and expeditions related to the Realm. Its military is made up from soldiers of all council countries and races, each deployed into regiments and regions depending on their specialty.
Keeping the ever-advancing gate-being invasion at bay, the Council acts as Oxum's sole line of defense between the alien forces that reside in the Realm of Monsters and the rest of the world.

Public Agenda
The Council's sole directive is to safeguard the citizens of Oxum from the otherworldly invaders pouring out of the unstable rifts within the Realm .
Political differences between the council members are put aside, though it has proven difficult to leave prejudiced opinions out of important council votes.

Assets
The council is funded by all of its contributing nations, both in terms of gold as in gear, manpower and infrastructure.
Human soldiers from Félinéonne , the Foxtonian Kingdoms and Estelonia make up the bulk of the Council's garrison, often supported by elite warriors from the Dwarven Kingdoms .
But it's most notable asset is the colossal Great Goliath Barrier , a heavily-upgraded version of the Sentinel Wall that preceded it before the first Eldritch Titan, The Doomwyrm broke through and massacred several Kounélian villages.
This massive wall built from reinforced solid stone walls is designed to resist attacks of the enormous Eldritch Titans who occasionally come out of hibernation in search of food. Standing at an impressive 124 meters tall, even the largest Titans will have a very hard time cracking through this wall, although it is not impossible.
