Responsibilities
The Head of the Academy is responsible for the successful running of Peacekeeper Academy. These responsibilities include:
Setting Curriculum
Working with Head of Peacekeeper Efficiency to define the curriculum for the Academy and make required changes.Representing the Academy
Representing the Academy within Peacekeeper Efficiency and outwardly to potential donors and other influential individuals.Strategy
Defining academic, budgeting, staffing and extra-curricula strategy for the Academy and ensuring it aligns with wider goals for the Alliance.Discipline
Laying down the law within the Academy and defining disciplinary actions for students, staff and employees.The Academy

Qualifications
In order to step into the honoured position of Head of the Academy, there are several routes a person could take. These include:Orthodox Route
- Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
- Min 5 years working within Peacekeeper Efficiency
- Min 5 years working within the Administration of the Peacekeeper Academy reporting directly to the Head of the Academy
Unorthodox Route
- Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
- Time spent in a teaching role within the Peacekeeper Academy
- Within the First Three Schools (Diplomacy, Efficiency and Integrity): Min 10 years
- Within the Fundamentals (The Alliance, Combat and Initiative): Min 5 years
- Min 5 years working within the Administration of the Peacekeeper Academy reporting directly to the Head of the Academy
