Apple Juice

Apple juice is a popular drink in Palimpsest, due to the apple tree's resilience to withstand the desert climate. It is the drink of choice for Katiba Scarlett Dargent, and probably several of the other younger nobles, who are too young to drink alcohol, but also enjoyed by commoners further down in the city. Apple trees do need a lot of water, however, so the drink is more scare in the Undercity, where water is in short supply.
