Brook Jasmine is an Elven personal servant of Victor Dargent-Laureat. Her brother, Tiger Jasmine is also employed in the Vizier's service.

Brook Jasmine and her brother, Tiger Jasmine, accompanied Subvizier Victor Dargent to the Academic District to act as his servants and bodyguards during a diplomatic meeting with Cyron Morpheus. Jasmine and Tiger remained with the palanquin while the two Dargent brothers (Victor and Hugo) secretly staked out the Pleasuredome in Kitsune form before meeting Morpheus in person.
Jasmine and Tiger later accompanied Victor and Hugo Dargent to Barker's Menagerie, and aided in the resulting fight against the gnolls.

As the personal servants of the eldest Dargent son, Jasmine and Tiger moved from the Dargent Estate to the newly-created Dargent-Laureat Estate, after a Whisper Vote the previous evening resulted in Victor becoming the new Vizier under the Tailor constellation.
