The Tailor
In finest silk, the perfumed rose,
In galleries, and puppet shows,
In bright stage lights or studios,
We can see the Tailor's clothes.Sing of the Tailor's delight,
With melodies Woven in Starlight,
Great art and poetry we write
To the Garden we will go.The Tailor's verse from The Song of the Eight.
Divine Domains
The Tailor's alignment is Chaotic Neutral, and his portfolio includes art, beauty and magic. His cleric domains are Artifice, Charm, Feather, Fur, Imagination, Lust, Magic, Revelry, Rune and Whimsy, and his favoured weapon is the Whip.
As one of the Eight Human gods, his followers expect to go to the Garden Beyond the Stars when they die, although it is uncertain whether he will be there to meet them in the Garden. Since the Eight are less personal than the Survivor deities, it is unclear whether they reside in the Garden themselves or merely guide their followers to it without any form of personal interaction.

In the Palimpsest Tarot, the Tailor constellation corresponds to the first card in the Noble Eight Suit, called the Creator Noble. It represents the concept of Beauty.
Tailor imagery is often associated with the theme of needlework: the sacred roseflax and silk from the revered silkworm can be spun into delicate, luxurious fabrics. The holy symbol is a needle pulling thread. And each Threadmas, the intricately designed pastries known as Arass Patisserie are woven with strips of pastry so thin that laticing them together requires stitching.
Holidays
Threadmas: Each Needleday, Tailormoon, the Church of the Tailor celebrates the carnival of Threadmas. An arts festival with performances and exhibitions, the main attraction is the festival parade, with homemade floats, banners and costumes, dancing and music. Artisinal of street vendors sell finely decorated streetfood to the crowd, and families will traditionally serve a delicate tapestry pastry known as Arass Patisserie for their post-parade meal, which is normally decorated by one or several members of the family a few days in advance due to the timeconsuming nature of the pastry weaving.
