Carnage is the much-feared Sheriff of West Haven, and his justice is as feared as it is swift. He is a dire bear who was awakened, slain, then brought back to life as an intelligent undead by Nihilus. His only sentient thoughts have been in undeath, and he often sates his ravenous hunger on criminals.
