Sovereign Citizen
A Sovereign Citizen is a citizen of The Sovereignty.
Requirements
To apply for citizenship in the Sovereignty, the following must be observed:
- Complete an application with the signatures of at least 3 Sovereign Citizens.
- Acquire membership in the Church of Dusk and Dawn.
- Maintain a permanent residence within the Sovereignty. If you do not currently have a residence, you must purchase or construct one within thirty (30) days of the approval of your application.
- Pay any taxes imposed by the Master of the domain in which they reside.
- Obey all laws of the Sovereignty and its domains.
