Following a Lead

General Summary

Prim was feeling a little underwhelmed by the lack of fae representation she'd seen within Fjordhaven. But she had overheard some dwarves talking of fae sightings to the north, so she gathered a few adventurers to go looking. Prim found herself drawn north by a strange ringing that no one else could hear. Her companions, while skeptical, agreed to follow along. A few altercations happened as they entered the forest, from a pair of them being shrunk down to a more 'agreeable' height, to saddles of their horses being cut, to an invisible creature happening to take quite a liking to one of them. Prim managed to make sure her companions kept their cool, even preventing possibly deadly combat with a pair of invisible pranksters. Through the whimsical tricks, the party learned the source of the ringing Prim could hear. A fae was being born from a tree and the forest was singing in celebration! Unfortunately, they couldn't be there for the birth, their time was taken up by a Forlarren invading their camp, hoping to recruit the party to disrupt the birth! Thankfully the party was victorious, and the Forlarren lay dead at their feet. Having successfully both seen and made friends with fae, Prim deemed their adventure a success and led the group home.
