Inkling
(a.k.a. Old Man Inkling)
Inkling is the halfling elder of a formerly-nomadic halfling tribe that has settled down in Warhaven. Asked to serve as Master of Warhaven after Cloev's refusal, he has stepped into the role with reservation, and stays out of the politics of the rest of the Sovereignty. The Warhaven Arena easily provides the funds and corpses required by his role.
He is known for asking someone to lean down because he can't hear them very good, then striking them with his walking stick--hard--which he finds hilarious.
Inkling once served as Councilor on the Warhaven Council under Cloev in exchange for a holiday that showcased halfling games and competitions.
