Warhaven Kingdom Council - Mirtul 1374
General Summary
Ruler Cloev Eroloth gathered his council for a meeting in the capital of the Kingdom of Warhaven.
Upkeep
The kingdom was stabilized and the treasury was kept full! Selanna was allowed to keep her head for another month. There was no Unrest in the kingdom for Magnolia to put down, so she was in a sour mood all meeting.
Edicts
Taxes were reduced to 0%. Master Inkling INSISTED on one of the promised holidays by his people, so the Ruler offered his birthday as a holiday. This pleased Inkling, but Magnolia was disappointed at the lack of bloodshed in the Treasure Hunts (see The Birth of Our Illustrious Ruler in #board-repeatable-quests for more information).
Furthermore, Councilor Albin Semple said the people were displeased by the still-broken walls of Warhaven, what was once their pride and joy. The Ruler agreed to rebuild them, and built two City Walls and two Farms to feed his people.
Inkling was sent as Grand Diplomat to the Arbour Kingdom to negotiate the terms of the treaty owed to the Ruler as a result of his duel with Arbour’s Raffyr the Just.
Finally, having been advised of the new law in their father nation of collecting bodies from adventurers, Cloev Eroloth then decided that instead of qualifying for the army of 100 undead himself, to send them to the Sovereignty as tribute.
The Kingdom of Warhaven claimed no hexes this month, nor created any armies.

Cloev added 4BP to the Treasury and Selanna successfully collected taxes from the people.
