History
First Council
The First Council was started in the year 78 by Dimri Arlint and three citizens of the settlement chosen by popular vote. The council was expanded to seven after the construction of first building of what became Arlint Keep (now known as Lower Keep that houses the Academy) in 80 and Dirmi was elevated to the newly created position of High Council; and from then on, no matter how big the council grew, there would never be an even number of councilors, this includes the vote of the High Council, and no vote could take place if there was an even quorum.
- Expansion of the council.
- Gwenith Tvelty's time as High Council and the building projects she lead. It is said the Dimri Arlint founded a town, but Gwenith Tvelty forged a city.

- Reforming and renaming new headquarters to Dimri Hall as well as naming and declaring the new headquarters for the Arlint City Watch as Eriken's Keep.
