Rowan Hrodgier
Rowan Hrodgier was a Dawn Age Captain General of Osolette before becoming Emperor for the United Empire of Humanity. He came to power after a swift rise in the Osolette military, and succeeded Anders Millint in the the highest office of the Protectorate. After years of negotiations he convinced his CoCaptain General Deadra Fole to mount an assault on the city of Arlint. A fight that established the short lived United Empire of Humanity.

Personal history
Born the son of a builder in Osolette, Rowan Hrodgier was second oldest of five children and spent much of his early days helping his father on jobs. When Rowan was twelve his mother, older brother, and youngest sister died in a fire at the family's home.
Lying about his age and against his father's wishes, Rowan joined Osolette guard in 303 and moved up the ranks quickly, got to visit Arlint on assignment and fell in love with the city.
Continued moving up the ranks and gained some political experience and by mid twenties decided to join the Executive Corps where in 619 he became the youngest serving Captains General in history at the time.
Mental Trauma
On trade assignment from the Osolette guard Rowan was on the wall one night during a brazier change and saw the mist creature tear people apart. Eversince then he has been horribly afraid of being too close to trees.
