Mouzer the Cat Dragon
The rival of Felix Fire-Ear and potential half-brother through their mother, Solara. If Felix is around, Mouzer can't be far. Their rivalry will burn the world. Mouzer practices dark arts in addition to his natural fire abilities. He seems to be able to turn into smoke, ignite flame at a distance, and conjure fire elementals to help him in battle. He can duplicate Spelljammer speeds with a spell that allows him to travel rapidly by entering a flame in one area and exiting from another in a different area.
If Felix and Fently Firebeard travel out of Thingerly, they will begin encountering Mouzer. When the party interacts with the pair at this point, they may also encounter Mouzer. Mouzer cannot be slain permanently outside of his mother's lair, so eventually the party will need to find him there.
