The Port City of Safron

This is one of the largest ports of the Peaceful Ocean and home to most all of the worlds civilized races. Slavery is not allowed in the city, a law which the Merchant Guild's Coin Guard does all it can to enforce, though black market trading is still prevalent.

The city is ruled over by the Merchant Guild and their laws are enforce by the Coin Guard.
