Tractor Beams

A simple employment of gravity projection tech, but a demanding one. The beam creates a powerful gravity funnel which can pull in distant objects - but the strength and size of the funnel, plus the extended time it must remain in operation to have any persistent effect, make it viable only when hooked into a spike drive or other major power source.
