Cerritulgus

A recent recruit of Hoard, Cerritulgus is known for her monstrous appearance. While having originally worked as a Vigilante, Cerritulgus joined Hoard after a running with one of the Wine Crown's independent villains. Cerritulgus has become one of Hoard's more renowned enforcers due to her adaptability.

Cerritulgus is capable of forming projectiles and simple weapons out of the substance that surrounds them. It is often assumed Cerritulgus is a changed because of this
