Magnetar early into her career. Not much is known about Viktor, although many have speculated that he was once part of the
Catran Empires many slave legions.
Appearance
Viktor wears a simple suit of armor, a cast metal face instead of a help. The sword he wields appears to be a simple non-descript blade.

Viktor is an individuals that often appears to near peak human form. Their mastery of the blade they wield often puts others to shame in comparison.
