Birth of Periton

With Narrow Springs reaching a critical point in it's population, the city was renamed to Periton as promise of innovating and improving. The Clockwork Conglomerate or often called CC, was formed, acting as a governing body to the now renamed Periton and eventual Slosteria as a whole.
