As he is very sheltered, Tuleel knows little of the outside world and is fairly content with his privileged life. He sees little that requires change or action of the world he knows. He typically focuses on pleasing his mother and people, but also has some desire to interact with the country outside the palace.

Tuleel is quite terrible socially. All his life, he has been surrounded by people practically paid to like him. As he doesn't typically meet new people outside of a professional handshake and nod, Tuleel has trouble starting conversations.
