Outer Plane 3
Humanoid Population:
Citizens of Primmar are much like Earth's people, but also among them are humanoids of different kinds. Elves, Goblins, Dragonfolk, and more populate the plane. The combat ability of the people seems rare as most people are simple traders or workers.
The warriors that the plane have created a defensive fort just on the other side of the Flume Crystal. Some of them seem to have the ability to travel into Limbo, but the plane seems to wish to isolate itself rather than explore beyond its plane.
Directions in Limbo:
- Head "East" from Earths Slip Gate
- At the wooden tunnel shaped like the Lincoln tunnel but filled with pine needles and dirt, continue East for another distance.
- Travel a distance in that direction equal to the time taken to get to the Lincoln tunnel.
- Keep the darker mist on the left navigating the winding maze
- A metal cart with wares will appear at the bottom of a slope
- Take the stone stairs that open between the carts wheels and halfway down there is the slip gate.
Flume Crystal Location:
The Flume Crystal is a quarter mile outside of a city-sized maze of markets.Relationship with Earth:
Because of the history Earth has with the People of this plane the Merchant Lords have agreed to a peace treaty that rules that any and all travel between our two planes must be agreed upon before and that if useful information is had regarding threats beyond they will be shared to the plane in exchange for Ether Items .
Geography
Primmar sits on a floating rock 40 miles wide with a bustling city market in it's center. Outside of the floating rock is endless sky filled with flying creatures closely resembling the pictures Earth has for prehistoric dinosuars.
Ecosystem
The flying creatures of Primmar seem to be the only creatures found. There are some pets that the people of the plane have but their source is unknown.
Some theorize there are other stronger creatures kept below the market in dungeons, possibly for defensive purposes.

Localized Phenomena
The carts and shops in Primmar are filled with all sorts of wares and as reported seem to fill on their own out of thin air as there is no source of trade outside of the market and no farms or shipments.
History
A group of Avatars that first discovered Primmar were immediately treated as criminals. They were forced to clear their name and built a report with a local Merchant Lord that allowed for their return to Earth.
The merchant lord was able to see the transformation of the Avatars and was very superstitious of it and thus trust between our planes continues to be tedious.
