Barkis
Barkis is the barkeeper of the Smouldering Corpse Bar.
He, like so many inhabitants of Sigil, knows The Nameless One from previous encounters. He actually had an eye in a jar that he claimed to be one of TNO's eyes, and he offered to allowed him to Purchase the Eye.
