Emerald Markov (married name) (a.k.a. Emmy)
Rayquaza is real and she lives next door and can't correctly portion spaghetti
3000 years ago, Emmy was the young head of the Draconids, with Rayquaza as her really big dog. But then a whole bunch of nonsense happened, she died, and then she WAS Rayquaza. It doesn't make sense but she just went with it.
Being that she is, to an extent, immortal, Emmy has been through a whole lot. Religious conflict, wars, national changes, making fun of the neighborhood rich twink, flirting with cute girls, she's done a lot. But through it all, she never really settled down in one place, going with the wind, or just sleeping for hundreds of years straight.
Then a long and confusing series of events involving a meteor and the aforementioned rich twink eventually resulted in Emmy, a 3000 year old god finally getting a long term relationship. Look it's a long story but because of a giant rock falling from the sky and a manic depressed lesbian, Emmy managed to met Renee. While Emmy wasn't initially planning on moving in with this very tiny girl she just met before the world was going to end, it just kinda... happened... anyways.
Emmy seemed to finally have a place where she was comfortable settling down, after all those years - and she really is happy.
Oh yeah, she also has a daughter through the power of being Arceus's favorite disaster who can just ask for things. Emmy is like... cool mom.
But really, she couldn't be happier than where she's at right now. Her family might be... unconventional, but she's a sucker for soft domestic nonsense.
idk how to write this man
Air, sky, justice, balance, family
The history of Draconid culture, including divine history is only passed through spoken word, however, the current lorekeeper has made a job out of translating her late mother's notes of the full history of Draconids.
Most Draconid holidays have been lost to time.
She really just wanted to settle down and be able to try and have a normal family of her own, which she got :D
Physical Description
I heard Emmy is ripped. I heard she's SHREDDED.
She has various scars over her body, though almost all of them are unnoticeable with her usual outfit. She's noticeably quite tall, and has a muscular build.
Though hardly noticeable anymore, she has a very slight limp on one of her legs. You can only really tell when she's in PJs and half asleep.
She possesses abnormal strength, in due part from godhood. She's also got like, cool god powers but she barely uses them anymore.
She literally wears the same godforsaken green hoodie every day, to the point where she makes a joke out of it and even wears it in impractical weather. She's truly a disaster lesbian icon.
Like other legends, Emmy has a separate 'god form' with a whole lot of power. Unlike others, this form is almost identical to her normal look, just with added... Rayquaza details. She's not as extra as like, Aster or whatever.
Mental characteristics
name one bigger lesbian than emmy i'll wait
While the only proper education she's received was from her parents, Emmy has learned quite a bit from the school of time, as cheesy as that sounds.
She's currently a stay at home mom, though in the past, she's had quite the range of careers; though she's had a preference for hands-on and heavy work where she can show off how cool and strong she is.
There's... a lot here. Most notably: founding modern Hoenn, saving the world multiple times, ending legendary conflicts, ending wars
There's also a lot... most notably: When she was like 17 she caused a religious conflict because she was mad her gf died, pissing off Groudon so bad that they turned a hunk of Hoenn into a dusty prairie and messed up it's climate, dealing with the whole Sapphire situation HORRIBLY
Being a 3000+ year old god obviously means you're gonna have like, some trauma, man.
Emmy suffers from a variety of mental illness because while she might have the powers of a divine, her mind is still as human as it was when she was born. Her biggest issues lie in PTSD and depression, though she has a whole cocktail of problems. She's never officially been diagnosed with anything and honestly, I don't think any therapist could sit and listen for that long.
She's a recovered addict, as she took to alcohol to 'cope' with post-war PTSD, and she's uncomfortable around alcohol to this day.
She has a severe trigger based in snow and ice, and is terrified of outliving those she loves - especially worsened after settling down.
She's also wary of hospitals.
Emmy is very charismatic, and prefers to talk her way out of situations rather than use physical force. Though she used this a lot more back during conflicts to get her way, it still proves useful when trying to get your daughter out of trouble for wrestling wild zigzagoon, apparently.
She's also a very efficient problem solver.
Everyone deserves a chance, unless they're an asshole, in which case it is 100% acceptable to punt them into the sun.
Family is the most important thing above all else.
She thinks the Stone family is Smelly:tm:
Personality Characteristics
In the past she simply wanted to protect her people, with the lowkey goal of hopefully settling down, but since achieving that goal, she wants to protect her family more than anything else.
She's incredibly good at anything social, and she considers it her biggest talent. She's also quite talented at sorting and finding things, which is shown in it's full glory when she can quickly locate and pull something out of her massive personal archive.
She's can't cook. Please don't let her try to cook.
She loves potato chips, as they're a very big comfort food for her. She also loves extra cozy beds, history channels, and the internet, due to how much archived information there is on it, even if she's not very computer savvy. And of course, SHE LOVES HER WIFE!!!
She dislikes anything that resembles alcohol and hates the cold due to trauma. She also dislikes conflict, as she usually ends up being the mediator and she feels like the teacher in a preschool classroom whenever something happens.
She's pretty patient, and a very effective mediator and conflict resolver, as much as it annoys her. She's also got a pretty strong mental fortitude, and it's very hard to get on her case unless you target her specific weaknesses.
She's super caring, and honestly pretty mushy at times; she's always there for unending support and love for those she cares about.
She has a lot of difficulty giving things up, whether metaphorically or literally. She'll often make a bigger mess than there originally was trying to hold on to something.
She's also a bit slow on new technology, especially post-delta revival, since things are evolving so fast. She texts like an awkward dad.
She often runs her hands through her hair, or puts then in her hoodie's pocket. She always just likes to have something to do with her hands. If you tell her to stop, she'll stop for like 5 seconds and just continue again.
Though she can live with dirty environments when the time calls for it, i.e. combat, she likes to keep clean because bad hygiene is gross, dude. She'll often take mutiple showers a day if she feels like it but that's because Renee's got a fancy shower.
Social
She's in direct contact with Arceus, and able to visit them pretty much whenever she wants. Her relations are vast, because that's what happens when you're a god and you've had a history of being a casanova.
She considers her wife, daughter, the lorekeeper, and her student Aster to be her closest family. She doesn't know where she'd be without them, and love them all a lot.
"What's up I'm Emmy please try my very cool religion I made starring me"
She's extremely charismatic, and very much an extrovert. She's energized by talking to others, and can hold a conversation for however long she likes, and simply feels happy to be able to talk to others. In the past, she used to be flirty towards women when the situation called, but now she just saves all her cheesy romance for her wife.
Her speech is often accompanied by a flurry of hand gestures; whether they actually relate to what she says or if they're just random is a mystery.
She goes 'drinking' with Aster often, though she's really just there as the designated driver. She also collects and hoards vintage and older artifacts, usually magazines and books, and writes extensive notation in them relating to her past experiences.

History
The two's relationship is complex and bumpy; sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's really not. While Emmy was historically uninvolved with care in the lorekeeper family outside of teaching, the death of Zinnia's mother and her grandmother's illness forced Emmy to take the role of 'weird big sister'.
Their relationship before Aster's death was mostly positive, with the occasional bumps as Emmy was still struggling with addiction.
After Aster's death and revival, things were a bit more tense, as Zinnia blamed Emmy for not being there for her when she lost everything. As time went on, the two's relationship fluctuated, but has mostly been going on the negative.
Emmy wishes to have Zinnia not hate her, and regrets mistakes she's made that make Zinnia treat her harshly, but in her true fashion, it's very hard to change Zinnia's mind.
Nicknames & Petnames
Emmy was actually a nickname young Zinnia had given, and it ended up sticking and became a full-time name.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
The two have a shared interest in the outdoors, dragons, as well as history.
Shared Secrets
The secrets of Draconid history are only kept between the two.
Currently, Emmy is upper-middle class, if not lower-high class just because her wife is like, loaded. She thinks rich people are weird. Historically, she hasn't really been 'in' on money, and is just along for the ride with the lorekeeper family.
