Younger Sister of Alfred
Lady Celine
Celine is the younger sister of Count Alfred of Greenleaf. While she is extremely young in terms of assuming political power, she's taken it upon herself to manage many of Greenleaf's affairs, mainly foreign affairs, on behalf of her brother, with the assistance of Sir Motonori.
Unlike her brother and father, Celine has been healthy for the majority of her life. She's very protective of her brother because of his illness and fragility. She presents herself as an eloquent individual, but she is also a bit short-tempered, especially when her brother makes a poor decision without thinking.
She is also critical of her own mistakes, such as perceived mistakes during diplomatic meetings between Greenleaf's neighbors. Queen Oichi was a childhood friend of Celine's, and they still maintain a close relationship today: Celine has stated before that Oichi has helped her remain calm, and has helped her accept and resolve mistake in the past. This is one of the many reasons that Greenleaf and Aurora still have a strong relationship to this day.
Celine looks up to Motonori as her instructor and her advisor, and has accredited much of her success and knowledge to his teachings and advice.
Celine believes in the powers of Celebi and Tapu Bulu due to their connections with nature and longevity.
Her partner Pokemon is Roselia.

Alfred holds his sister in high esteem, valuing her wisdom, dedication, and her company overall, knowing that her skills in diplomacy and intrigue are extremely helpful in maintaining peace both in his court and beyond Greenleaf's borders. Despite her occasional impatience with his decisions, Celine deeply cares for Alfred and supports him as his sister and trusted advisor. She has stated many times that Alfred is the most important person in the world to her, and works hard for both his sake as well as all of Greenleaf.
