Kiyomasa is the son of Count Yoshihiro and Flavia of Pugilis.
Kiyomasa is a bit of a rambuncious scamp who gets into trouble more often than not. It seems that the pressure of being a Count's son gets the better of him sometimes, and he often ventures outside of the Pugilesean courtly territory to go on his own little adventures.
Despite his childish behavior, Kiyomasa also displays a strong talent for sparring and Pokemon battling for his age. His partner Pokemon is Farfetch'd (Galarian Form).

History

Kiyomasa and Rinkah often get on each others nerves, with Rinkah being more serious and no-nonsense while Kiyomasa would rather be exploring and having fun than training. 
Sometimes Kiyomasa will play pranks on Rinkah, which she despises. With Rinkah's temper, it's not an uncommon occurance to see her chasing her little brother all around Pugilis.
