Bull King

The Bull King is the minotaur monarch of the Jinglian Plateau province of Shan Liang. He rules from the eponymous Bull King's Citadel.
This Abyss-touched warlord has reigned since he established his citadel centuries ago. He's a loyal follower of Baphomet, the Horned King and acts as the hand of the demon prince on the Material Plane.
