Jinglian Plateau

The towering Jinglian Plateau in located in central Shan Liang. This landlocked province is inhabited largely by the minotaurs. These horned beastfolk wander the plateau, hunting and sending out raids into the surrounding provinces.
Jinglian Plateau is ruled over by the Bull King from his appropriately named Bull King's Citadel. It's the only major settlement in the region. The majority of minotaurs live in small villages of yurts.
