Circle of the Wicked

The Circle of the Wicked is a pro-mage group of witches, roguish types, and free spirits based in Serpentine, The City of a Thousand Roads. They advocate for personal freedoms, especially the right to practice arcane magic freely.
Seeing as such practices are deemed illegal by the Church of the Unbroken Wheel, the Circle must operate in secret. They often help magic users to live incognito within Serpentine or to flee the city. Their name is meant to mock their status as being considered illegal and immoral.
They operate out of the Night Market, the Grand Graveyard, the Bell Tower Ward, the World of Clouds, Iron Fort, the Serpent's Menagerie, the Necropolis, and the Skull Slums.
