Council of Three

The governing body of Xabel, made up of the three mansa, the ruling monarchs of the kingdoms that make up the Xabelian Pact. These mansa rule from and over the cities of Aljabar, Grorroring, and Doth, respectively.

Every four years, the Council of Three convenes in order to discuss the laws of the land and any changes that may need to be made over the next intervening four years. In times of crisis, the council may be brought together sooner than the usual four year time period.

The current members of the council are Queen Ishraq mansa-Shu'ayb of Aljabar, King Thurfir Goldanvil of Doth, and King Vurd of Grorroring.
