Old City

The older section of Shangri-La, over which the modern city has been made. Its ruined tunnels and streets are used by the Thieves' Guild in order to smuggle their illicit goods. 
Some monsters have also taken up residence in the Old City, including for many years, the blue dracolich Sháshè. Few people know of the existence of the Old City, let alone how to access it.
