Winter's Vanguard

The Winter's Vanguard are the royal guard of the Vestmannaeyjar. They are responsible for enforcing the laws of the realm within the borders of the country, and specifically the nation's capital.
They're based out of Helmhald Watchpoint in Eyjafjördur. The Vanguard's headquarters contain barracks, a watchtower, a dungeon, and training grounds, as well as a temple to Helm.
