Mount Azure

Atop the peaks of the mountain live the elites, and elites of elites. Dotted with white, silver, and golden-clad glass skyscrapers, tall spires, opulent homes, and lush shopping malls, ambition alone isn't enough to reach these streets. Aside from a certain degree of decorum, pocket change, and connections, these streets require a permit at all times granted only by L8 executives or above. Atop Mt. Azure, proverbially called the Slab amongst the plebians below, live only the richest, most successful, and most famous vermin from across Zen or indeed the world.
