The Wharf
Covering the western coast, stretching from Seaside in the south to the city limits in the northwest lies the resonant and intricate Wharf sector. While the outskirts harbor the homes of vagabonds, nomads, and fugitives alike, the sector as a whole is a thriving economic engine for the city, thanks in large part to a massive network of non-regulation compliant trade terminals on the coast. Many parts of The Wharf go unregulated and neglected by the Committee, and harbor both the most raving nightlife, and the most powerful criminal organizations, across the surface.
